This is why I don't let OUs wins or losses decide my happiness. I knew they would have a let down at some point. I didn't expect it to be this game, but being an OU fan, its just something you learn to deal with. At least they didn't make it to a BCS game and look a fool.

I don't have a rooting interest for or against either team, but I was rooting for UT today. Also, I suspect most of the country that's not OU fans were doing the same for no other reason than for the embattled Mack Brown.
