Fluid Bed For Spinner Baits?

Featured Replies

Will be making up a dozen or so fluid beds for Spinner baits. Was thinking about making them 1.5" wide and 6" long 3" deep. Anyone else use a bed like this for buzz baits and spinner baits? I have lots of 2" to 4" round beds now. But thinking these longer narrow fluid beds would do better on these baits. Also using the membrane in the bottoms of my beds.

Also been playing with power coating spinner baits. Works but man its tough to do, but paint is there for the long haul. After an hour or so below Pickwick Dam or in the lake above the dam. The smallmouth will wear the paint off crank baits. But not sure I don't like the baits better with those teeth marks in the baits.
