Abu Garcia In Need Of Repair!

Featured Replies

I've got 4 abu Garcia open baitcasters in need of a tune up... not sure of the reel specs but I think two are 4600 (probably from the 1970s and the other two are high end rells probably about 20 - 30 years old. I'd like to get them working properly and fish with 'em. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hey... I appreciate. Definitely gonna look into it. I'm in FW, TX and there's a dealer certified Abu Garcia shop here, but the want my left leg to repair a $100 reel. Thought I'd explore other options.

Tight lines!
