    You know, I have a few older reels with the Flipping Switch that I still use.  I actually really like (and use) the flipping switch and hate that the trend has been away from it.  I may have to check this reel out.  Thanks for the review.

    I tried real hard to let my prejudices get in the way, but the darn thing is so simple, and well made, it won me over.  While not what I would consider "cheap," you get one heck of a reel for the price.
