Great sensitivity so it will be great for bottom contact lures and worth the money. If you can hold the rod with the rewl you'll be using and see how it feels before buying the rod.

    Grab the 714 endurance instead. Just a better rod honestly. I have a max 703 and endurance 723. I can tell a difference in them. The max is nice but just not quite the same level as the other.

    I can get a new max for 129.00 or a brand new 714 endurance for 150$ think its worth the extra money?
