can someone tell me if the 200E series citica, curado, and the 50E curado take the same size bearings? I am referring to the bearing in the sideplate, and under the cast control knob.  thanks for the help.

yes, they all take 3x10x4. i love how shimano keeps it simple like that.

If you ever need reference to reels and bearing size you can look them up on Boca's website. When you refine your search to the reel you want, it will tell you the sizes if you're purchasing from a different vendor.
