My Fuegos all have Carbontex drags, stainless ABEC 7 spool bearings, four bearing TD-Z handles and a full internal polishing job. Actually, all of my reels except one have the same mods.

Once I've tuned up a reel, I just can't seem to sell it.

I know what you mean. My reels get beefed up internals and new handles almost immediately after purchase. I've been in the market for a Fuego for a while now. The search continues.
