Any primitive bow hunters here?

I hunt with a recurve a lot.

I hunt with a long bow sometimes. I generally hunt with Horsebows though.

Cool. This year towards the end of hunting season I got interested in bow hunting. I hope to kill a squirell or something small soon with mine.

What's your setup?

I shoot a recurve but I dont hunt with it. I also need to soon lower the weight and buy another because my shoulder doesnt like an unassited by cams 50lbs.

Try unassisted 125lbs. It will make a freaking man outta you. Either that or a gorilla. I love horsebows.

It would blow my shoulder right out of socket. I am shooting a 50lb compound these days because after having surgery and still having dislocations I dont wanna push it and be 20ft in a treestand with a dislocation.
