Tatula Vs Curado I

Featured Replies

I too prefer a 90mm handle and I haven't had any problems with my Tatula. I have owned Curados form the B, D, E, and G series and they are all good reels. However, don't let someone who has never actually used a Tatula sway you away from them.

BTW, for a size comparison. I wear a L glove in most brands. Here is my hand palming the Tatula

Sick looking setup

I have not seen the new Curado yet. But I have all of the old ones. I also have Daiwa HSTA, Tatula and Type R.

I do not have a problem with the size of the Tatula, and still fish my HSTA's all the time which really are tanks.

For me, Curado > Daiwa's. Curado's are increadibly consistant, which means I am not thinking about my gear while I am on the water.
