This I must say is a unique color, I have not seen in person but it intrigues me.

 

What water or light condition would this be best for? I can only think of night fishing.

Stained/muddy water. Night.  It's the same concept as fishing a black/blue jig.  I'm sure it will catch fish in clear water too.

I'd use them in murky/muddy water around shallow flats and laydowns, youll probably get whakced.
