Does anybody fish the FLW BFL touraments out of a smaller boat? By smaller boat i mean something around 17' and 115 hp motor?

    I've seen them but not too often.

    Doesn't matter anyway as long as it's at least 16' without a tiller and the motor hp is in the range the manufacturer recommends.

    I fish the BFL with a 18 ft and a 150hp. I have seen people out there with a bass tracker and a 50 hp So I would say your boat is plenty big enough
