I brought 2 pro qualifiers itb 2007 model

And just brought the new pro qualifier what's the difference and is the older ones still decent reels

I think you'll like the newer one best. Both are good reels but the ITB braking system on the older PQ is just a hybrid magnetic that uses centrifugal force to increase magnetic braking only, while the newer PQ actually has a separate centrifugal braking system complete with braking shoes, and also a magnetic system as well. Two independently functioning systems that can be used together, or each alone. Also the newer PQ comes in many different gear ratios, unlike the old one.
