Grand Lake Update

Featured Replies

I finished up fishing the FLW Rayovac series at Grand Lake on April 4th. Fishing in practice was good but a combination of weather and bad pro draws kept me away from the fish. The best fishing and warmest water was up the river near Bee Creek. Crank Baits, Spinner baits, and Alabama Rigs seemed to be the most productive lures. Weather is still cold and fishing is still slow but the fish are biting. Hopes this helps anyone thats planning on fishing Grand.

Thanks for the update. (And the email!)

I fished Grand over the weekend. Water temp was around 57-58 degrees in the southeast side. Caught a few back in the coves on jerk bait and umbrella rigs. No lunkers but at least had a few to turn in on tournament day. Good luck to whoever is fishing there.

Just thought I would check to see if anybody has been fishing Grand Lake. I am heading out there this weekend fishing up around Bernice. If anybody has any insight on what has been working and what hasn't it would be real helpful.

Thanks in advance and good luck to everybody.
