Everyone ready for the season? It has just begun here in Missouri and they should be popping hard in thenext week or so. I found a few greys on Wednesday and hope to find a mess of Blondes this weekend and into the coming weeks.

I ate a mess last night. People who have never had them have no idea what they are missing out on.

I would find them in my yard, when I lived in Michigan.

But, two years in a row, I got caught in a blizzard while hunting morels on Mother's day weekend. That's one of the reasons I'm now in Florida and raise shitakes.
