I found a prefect rod action I been looking for its a heavy fast taper 6' spinning rod. My problem is its new old stock. Would you buy a few extra while there available?

I'm older and slower on the reaction time for hook setting.

With experimenting and new baits and techniques emerging regularly what I think is perfect today I may not even use down the road so I wouldn't load up myself. I get your point though. There are a number of one time favorite blanks that are no longer available to build on. It takes some looking but I almost always find something comparable if not better at the end of the day.

It's hard to find something I like now. You guys spoiled me. I can't fish with one action of rod anymore. I kind of like the stiffer rod for topwater and c rigs. With the plastics I like to stay in contact with the bait as it falls without losing the upper 1/3rd of the rod due to bending.
