Recently I sent abu Garcia an email giving them my info for the warranty process and asking them a simple question.I have yet to receive a response back after three days.Is this normal and if so how long will it take them to get back to me. I would love to hear others experience with this process.

I have heard one or two people say this and were suggested to try again, which made the difference.  I would attempt to try again because maybe they missed it, some how.  I have emailed them once and heard back within about 24 hours. Abu is know to have one of the best Customer Services in the bussiness. Try emailing again.  Good luck.

I sent off a warrenty email to them a week ago. After a few days I called them. They said they were behind on processing claims and to wait a week. Yesterday I recieved an email from them and they had processed the claim. Give them a week. Im sure they will take care of it.

I kney they took good care of me when i had problems with my gen 3 STX...they took he first one back and then i had he same problem with rhe second one...they took it back no questions asked and refunded my money quickly

I was very impressed with thier service
