I got a 79 Hawk with a 85 evenrude. 18 ft, boat has been seeing for 2years. Motor started just fine,needs floor,trim don't work,and steering cables are froze, is there any way to free them. Boats a little dirty but still in decent shape,what would be a good cleaner.. any help would be aappreciated..

If it needs a floor it most likely also needs new stringers and transom.  Have fun as it is a major repair job.

transom is just fine just has 2 weak spots in floor, took it out for first time today and was amazing ran about 45 and by time i mess with the motor placement due to trim not working i have to set the pin..
