Sunscreen And Bass Fishing

Featured Replies

i just use a spray on sun screen that way i dont have to get it on my hands

In the cup container on deck of my Triton just in front of windshield I have a bottle of biodegradable soap that I use when hands get sticky or after applying sunscree.  Wether it helps fish bite or not I don't like wiping greasy hands on pants or having greasy rod grips.

I dont use sunscreen, I get tan very easy. Comes from the family. If its very buggy out, I'll use Absorbine Jr first before using my reels or lures.

You should still protect your skin. "Tan" doesn't protect you from all the harmful rays of the sun.

I'd say as long as you arent squirting sun screen all around your boat, you'd be fine.
