what would you guys suggest? im a shore fisherman bu i wish i could ge a fishfinder. i dont want to wait till im able to get a boat, so what do you suggest? preferable $200 or less

    Humminbird has a couple which run up to $200.

    I'd suggest the rod mount cause the others are a pain to carry around bank fishing.

    I have Vexilar's Sonarphone. It sets up its own WIFI network that your smart-phone connects through. Vexilar's APP works just like a 'regular' fish finder. I believe I paid $129 for it through Cabela's website.
