We bought our 1198 Humminbird at this years Classic, so its still kind of new to us. One thing I noticed a couple of times was on the white strip across the bottom thta shows depth, time of day, MPH, etc. was that it said our boat was in 20 ft. of water but on doun scan it said we were in 5 ft. feet of water. Ive heard to trust down scan when the 2 are differant, but im just wondering if any body thinks differant.
