any opinions on backstabber cranks ?

Featured Replies

Like the title says. Just ordered 2 of them. It seems to make sense the way they are built , will give them a try.

North American Fisherman TV just had a show on those lures recently. Made sense to me as well, but I don't think I'm going to run out and buy any. Too much stuff already! Please let us know how you like them.  ;)

I bought 2 recently from a local tackle shop, I haven't tried them yet but I have a small lake in mind near me with a lot of underwater stumps where this might really shine.

Sounds good in theory but I'm just about done with paying twice the price for hardbaits. Bandits crankbaits and Xcalibur lipless are getting the job done for me. H20's aren't too bad either, just get a cracked bill every now and then.

Fishing University TV just did a show on the lures also. Sounds like the concept might work pretty well and added 1 to my tackle box as well but haven't hit the waters with it yet either.

It's a great concept and there's really no reason why it should impact bait presentation at all.

Purchased 1 from TW several months ago. Have not used it yet but will try it next trip(tomorrow 4-3-11) and post results.

I looked at some of those the other day. They looked like nice baits, they seemed to be well built and had nice finishes. I didn't buy any, think I will just wait and see.
