I cast my other rods smoothly and accurate but with my ZR top water rod it is more difficult and a little awkward. Any one else have same type issue casting a top water rod from kayak?

Is there anything you can single out that makes it feel awkward. Length maybe?

If it's a baitcaster do you have your tension and brakes set right?

It has no problem with distance. Just accuracy and awkwardness, not as smooth going as my med action. I am wondering if its due to the more stiffness of the rod and being in sitting position. Probably just have to keep working at it.
