I'm looking to get one for my kayak. Bps sells a 48amp. Anything I should know about an agm? Is there some special charge instructions? If you have another suggestion on a battery please share. Thanks!

My reel fell in the water today and didn't work the same after, not as smooth for a while. The reel didn't come with any cleaning instructions, nor saw any on their site. To those who have this reel, how do you clean them?

Got input back from strike king: Rob the spinnerbait you found is a KVD12CW-217G available at Bass Pro Shops only. The 1/2oz and 3/4oz have a #5 willow but the head this one looks more like a 1/2oz versus a 3/4oz. The 3/8oz had a 4.5 willow so that’s not it. You should be able to go to their website and find them there.

I snagged it out of the water. Their loss my gain.

It did have number 5 on the blade.

Didn't see it on blade before blade came off in water.

What is an Eddie?

I'm fishing a kayak bass river tourney this Saturday but don't have much experience with river fishing. I'm thinking square bill cranks, jigs, and spinnerbaits. What else? The river has various current speeds. Kind of clueless how to fish fast current areas, so any help there really appreciated. Thanks!

Got a sample in my MTB. How much stretch does it have compared to mono? I have read several reviews stating memory is a big issue, any one have the same problem?

I have never used one with all the graphs. I am planning on buying one for my kayak, but not sure what features I need. I am wanting to see structure and fish mainly. What other features should I want?

Anyone know of rivers for bass fishing that is within one hour radius of Raleigh?

Just found out it has to be on a river.

In July I plan on fishing my first bass yak tourney. The rule is you must fish within one hour of Raleigh, NC. My ponds I fish are outside the hour range. I am going have to find area closer. My question is, since it's in July in the summer heat would my chances be better on a lake vs pond? I'm thinking pond the fish may be more sluggish due to water heating up faster, but in a lake with a yak getting around to find fish could be an issue. Any input appreciated!

Is there any real benefit for having colored blades, such as black or white, on a buzzbait? Thanks!

I heard back from Abu Garcia, they said for things not covered under warranty, such as mine, it can replaced for a nominal fee. Going to see how much then decide if better to make the drive to bps.
