Another chum question from me lol. I'm new so forgive me lol. But I'm planning on using oatmel as my chum. But my question is how do I do that? Do I wet the oatmeal so and sinks and wait a few minutes or leave it dry and let it float and let the current take it? Thanks so much

Use a small mesh bag with a few rocks in it as well to sink in area you can throw your net to. If current takes it away they will be wherever your chum floats to.
