The lake was hot for about 3 weeks after the post spawn but has now slowed down again, frogs seem to be the only bait producing fish at the moment, if any other lures/baits are working let me know ASAP.

Flukes, big worms, Zara spooks. Try the 7.5 inch culprit worms on a 1/16 ounce weight in redshad color. Use a 3/0 EWG worm hook. That has never failed me in Florida no matter what time of year it is. The worm is my go-to bait.
