How do you turn them on and off? I am following the instructions to slide them over, but they don't want to move. Do I need to push them harder and are they supposed to click or snap. I don't want to force them and break something.

The should be exactly like your chronarch ci4. Slide over with a little pop sound.

Maybe they're all in the on position already?
