Where To Bank Fish Around Milford, Nh

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am new to the forum. I grew up Bass fishing in Florida and moved up here 8 years ago. I have not done much fishing since I have lived here so I was wondering where some good spots for bank fishing within 20 miles of Milford, NH. Also what lures work good around here. I fished off the dock at Wasserman Park at Naticook Lake 2 weeks ago and caught 2 small largemouth with a pumkinseed rubber worm. I have had good luck with the pumpkinseed worm.  My favorite worm ,junebug, I used to use all the time in Florida does not seem to work here.  Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ask in our Southern NH thread. We have guys that not only live in Milford, but lots of guys that fish the area regularly.

i have had good luck at round pond, in nashua, Mill Pond in Nashua. you can walk all the way around with plenty of spots. also all in the mill pond area is the nashua river. been to tower hill pond out by hookset one time it was nice bank fishing.there. I bank fish as well. rage tails/craws, wooly bugs/lizards or the like have been good to me. i use mostly green pumpkin colors or junebug/blue colors seem to work best.
