  1. First fishing trip of the season failed. I got 100 yards from shore in my jon boat and the trolling motor battery died. There was a bit of a breeze so fishing with a paddle would have been too difficult. I charged it yesterday and charger said it was charged. Must be a bad battery.
  2. I have a pond I did well at at the end of last summer. Not sure how it will be now but I have a fish finder this year to help me find the deep water structure.

  5. I tried both of these places today and could not find any bank access or places to park at either. It looks like all private property around stump pond and dream lake has plenty of bank access but it has a private driveway all the way around it. Does anyone know where to access these spots for bank fishing?
  6. Fry, I am in the same boat as you, except I am from Florida and moved here 8 years ago. I have not done much fishing here but am trying to get back into it. I just discovered this forum. Great info on here so far. Now I have some places to go try out
  7. Hi, I am new to the forum. I grew up bass fishing in Florida, I have lived up here for 8 years and have not done much fishing here. Looking to start doing more fishing now. Can anyone tell me some good places to bank fish for bass within 15 or 20 miles of Milford and what lures to use? Any advice is appreciated.
  8. Thanks, I did not want to high jack thread. I will post it there now.
  9. Hi, I am new to the forum. I grew up Bass fishing in Florida and moved up here 8 years ago. I have not done much fishing since I have lived here so I was wondering where some good spots for bank fishing within 20 miles of Milford, NH. Also what lures work good around here. I fished off the dock at Wasserman Park at Naticook Lake 2 weeks ago and caught 2 small largemouth with a pumkinseed rubber worm. I have had good luck with the pumpkinseed worm. My favorite worm ,junebug, I used to use all the time in Florida does not seem to work here. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
