Weighted Hooks Vs. Texas Rig

Am I the only one that is starting to use these more than Texas rigs? Its not really a "rage rig" because it doesn't fall horizontal but it goes nose down like a Texas rig but IMO it looks more natural, I'm starting to use them with all my baits instead of just flukes!

Problem with those is when you fish where there's aquatic vegetation like milfoil, hydrilla or elodea, it traps weeds like crazy, a couple of pulls and you're fishing with a salad instead that with a lure.

Ive been flipping and pitching them lately into some decently thick stuff and its been coming out pretty good, still traps more grass than texas Rigs of course
