New store just opened about 20 mles from our house. It is also about 10 minutes from the new BPS. Well, went to F&S last night and I was super impressed. The prices were better than BPS. They didn't appear to be sales prices, but everyday prices. The staff was super friendly. I actually bought my SOT kayak there last night. Apparently there are only like 8 stores nationwide. Their rewards program is similar to BPS and their atmosphere is like them too. Animals taxidermed all over and great selection. BPS has some competition now. I still shop both but the better service and proves are prevelant at F&S now. Anyone else use these guys too?

They just opened one up in Erie this year. Not a bad store. They are owned by Dicks sporting goods .

One is opening up here soon in rochester. Cabelas opened last month in buffalo and bps is going in on the east side of rochester in victor all are 45min-hour from my house two due east one west.

Yep. We have a Cablelas opening about 15 minutes from there in spring 2014. Cary NC will be hopping!

I went to the Erie store over Labor Day weekend whole visiting a buddy.

I liked the store a lot; clean, well organized, full shelves, and really helpful staff.
