Anyone make there own version of the Yamamoto Ika?  I'm curious whats out there and interested in making my own if i can find a mold.

    Two or three options.

     

    1 Find the old Delmart Fat Boy mold. Call Lurecraft and see if they can get it. That mold only makes the body. Not sure which skirt mold you need. You can buy skirts from Yamamoto too.

     

    2  Do-it 4" Skirted Chub grub. You just pull off the tails and appendages.

    Use the above mentioned molds. Get bags of the Yamamoto double skirts. Cut in half and mend-it them on.

    Take a senko and get a razor blade and give the end a squid look, and buy the 7" so you can make 2
