Heddon Spit'n Image

Featured Replies

Anyone have any experience with this.  Id like to know more about the action, but I cant find any video of it.

I guess, firstly, how does it compare with other dog walkers?

Had one and sold it. Walks pretty easy. Never caught anything with it. Doesn't really glide, just changes direction.

I've got 11 in 2 different colors and buy all I can find on eBay.

It walks easier than other baits in my opinion and has great action.

Walks easily, does not really glide.  I've caught a load of fish with them, including my personal best smallmouth. Excellent when fish are responding to a noisy topwater (I also fish spooks a lot).

I'll echo what everyone else said, the bait doesn't glide but if you know how to walk the dog and can do it fast in short spurts, you'll love it as it looks like a baitfish struggling to get moving and the time is here for that bait.

Outstanding top waters. I like the popper myself. It can be made to walk and pop and spray. One of my most successful baits.

have caught a few giant smallies up north, great bait when the fish are going on top! light hooks, lighter line but a good all around top walking bait

Very good dog walker. Have caught plenty of bass on it, both large and smallmouth.
