Does anybody have one  and care to comment on it? Any length. That is the only rod I am looking at.

PS, I would like DMV to comment on his take on the quality of this rod. 

I've owned 3,two were the crank rip twitch models. A six nine and 7 footer. Fantastic sticks imo. The build quality is great, actually better than any other production stick I've come across. I've since gone custom, but had I not its all I'd own. Outstanding value

Just to change lanes, I read very good things about the St. Croix Avid crankbait rods.

Any comments anyone?

The Avid cb rod is going to be more moderate in action, bend deeper into the blank. The Kistler will be more universal. I also like the nfc blank better than the Avid as well as the smaller guide train
