Help With Rod/reel Setups

You've done a fine job by yourself, that is where I would have put them.

Looks good to me.

Now don't go telling me that I've done something right. Lol

It can be confusing trust me I feel your pain and confusion, just experiment with what u have and try em.  Personally ive switched everything around, taken em out in the yard and casted them with lures to see how they would do.  Good ole trial and error!!

Good luck

You're right, it is confusing at times but I guess I've paid attention enough to have be able to make some decisions on my own. Now the real confusing part comes, what pound of line for each one. I'm sticking with all mono except for the flipping rod, but just don't know about the others.

Keep it simple . 15# copoly on everything except 12# on your deep cranking rod. 8-10# on your "light" topwater rod ( which you could use for shaky heads and dropshots) .

And 40+# braid on your frog/flipping stick.

Done.

EDIT: oh. ...and great match up list. I agree with all of it as well!

I really want to thank everyone for their input.  And I'll tell you what Kikstand, thank you for adding a technique to that Top Water Special of mine, I never though of that.  I'll definitely be doing some dropshotting and shakey heads with that rod also.

Another problem I was having trying to figure things out was what I could use my All Star BCM-6 (Bait Cast Medium 6') Med, Fast for.  I had no clue on what I could use a Medium Fast rod for until someone told me light worms and Senkos.  So now I've at least got something I can use that rod for also.
