What type of skirt would you recommend for a 3/8 oz chatter bait and where can I find them at a decent price.

I have never used them, but I've been looking to start putting my own chatter-type baits togeather and I have found www.barlowstackle.com to be pretty reasonably priced.  They have several types of skirts and material to make your own.  Good luck.
