Seems a number of colleges are placing a camera in the middle of the field and are taking a 360* photo of the stands.

 

You can scan in on the stands and see the people and find yourself or your friends.

that is pretty cool and amazing the technology that is out there to do something like that.

and i would venture a guess the military camera technology is a little ahead of civilian equipment.....
