Lews Rods

Featured Replies

I know Lew's Reels are amazing but how are their rods?  Im looking at the Lew's American Hero Speed Stick Spinning Rod in 7ft M action for weightless plastics and was wondering if anyone has used/heard anything about them.  Its $70 and helps out a veteran program which is great!

Thanks

Daniel

I have a Lew's Speed Stick.  It's a nice rod.  Tournament grade, fiberglass, made in Japan.  It's impressive and tough but not overly sensitive.  It loads easily, though.

Probably not what you're asking, though.

I have an American Hero's 7' MH casting rod. I use it for soft plastic swimbaits such as Gambler EZ or Big EZ. Great little rod for the money. Also help's a veteran and that in itself is awesome.
