Nobody is trying to seem unfriendly or anything but just about every thing you'd ever want to know can be found through a quick search. Good rods, and a lot of people really like them. Just a heads up but it's made from graphite. That's what all rods are made from these days, except glass ones.

Sure, but the rod itself is rigid almost like it was corrugated or something, and I am more looking for a user review on the quality really than anything else.

They are a very well built rod and is a pleasure to use. The "corrugated" feeling is what's called an unfinished/unsanded blank. As to how "rigid" the rod felt to you would depend on the rod rating you had looked at. I have the 7'medium action, and it's a great soft plastics rod. I have also used it for rattle traps and smaller crankbaits, too.

I have a 7' ML-R and a 6'10" MH-F. I like both. They are light, crisp and sensitive; performing well above their price range.

I have the 7'4" Heavy for frogs and I love it. I did break one once on undoubtedly a 10 lb. Guntersville hog but Daiwa sent me a new one and its been great.
