Anyone Recommend A Good Reel Tech In S. Fl?

Featured Replies

I think I'm starting to notice my baitcaster to be not as smooth as it was when I first unboxed it. Anyone recommend a good reel service location I could take it to? South Florida if possible.

Thanks!

Send it to Mike at DVT. He is a site sponsor and does great work. For members here he offers 10% off. Not sure who would be a "local" option for you...

I'd like to see another one close to me, my guy is getting up in years, does good work but not like he used to be.  There are many places in South Florida, they mainly service salt water equipment but work on freshwater too.  Harry's in Miami is good, LMR custom in Ft Laud., Tuppens in Lake Worth and Lott Brothers in Palm Beach Gardens.  I'm not familiar with all of the smaller shops but they are around.

Check out Capt Harry's. They do rod and reel repair and servicing. I have never personally utilized their services but since you asked they were the first one's that popped into my head for our area.
