Aeropress Coffee Press Question

Featured Replies

I've read on here that this is THE best coffee press and a few on here own one..

I am thinking of purchasing one...

I was at a family members house for Thanksgiving...they had a Bodum press.  add coffee, pour hot water, stir, let sit for 4 minutes, press and pour.  it used a metal screen filter like the Aeropress.

BUT...at the end of drinking my cup of coffee...there was silt in the bottom of the cup.

my question is this.....does the same thing happen with the Aeropress?

thanks..

The Aeropress uses small, round paper filters. No silt. Great cup of coffee once you learn how to make it to your taste. PM me when you get one and I'll send you my "recipe".
