 Spinnerbait swivels

Featured Replies

I was wondering if anyone could suggest what size snap swivel to use on a 3/8 oz. spinnerbait as a replacement for a split ring swivel. It seems like it would be so much easier to change blades this way but no companies do it. Is there a big difference in debris the snap swivel picks up or something ?

The difference is in how well they turn. If you're burning a bait, there's not much difference, IMO, but if you want to finesse it, or have it flutter nicely on the fall, a ball bearing is a must.

Get a #10 ball bearing swivel and it should do the job.
