Missle Baits Drop Craw

Featured Replies

Has anyone used these for drop shotting? I love the looks of the Missle Baits and these are very original looking. Do the small claws flutter well?

Yes. They work.

I tried them................if you live in an area with a lot of panfish you will pull your hair out. They are tiny, and the claws are held on by a dental floss sized piece of plastic. They work, and I caught fish, but not any more or less than I did on a more durable bait....just my .02, which of coarse is only worth .02, LMAO

I prefer the fuse 4.4

I haven't used them drop shotting. But for shakey and jig trailers they work well. Claws do flutter

I like them. Try rigging them through the head.

They are awesome. If you are having problems with panfish nibbling claws rig it with the hook through the head. It will still have great action but might keep the nibbles down.

I realize this is an old topic but I thought I would bring it back alive again, haha. Last season I started out Ned Rigging and have grown very fond of it. I started with a 3" BPS Stik-O worm and did quite well. This years I wanted something different so I found the Fuse 4.4 which has been working quite well on the lake Bass here in PA. But in wanting to downsize just a bit I just ordered the Drop Craw to handle some of my Ned Rigging duties. I could have just cut off an inch of the Fuse 4.4 but I like the color selection a little better on the Drop Craw. I am thinking/ hoping this bait works out very well for Ned Rigging (and I am sure it will). This bait should also double as my trailer for the new Z-Man Shroomz Micro Finesse Jigs. The Drop Craws are $4 for a pack of 15; it doesn't get much cheaper than that. Stay tuned for a full report; but I am hoping for great things.
