I would look on some of the websites that specialize in bait making (tackleunderground for instance) that have classified sections for deals on molds.

Honestly take some of your favorite baits, line a bread pan line it wax paper, super glue the bait to the paper, mix some plaster of Paris and slowly fill it around the bait careful it will move the bait. Then after it cures pull the bait out and carefully clean the edges of the mold. Seal it by painting some modge podge on it after it dries you got your own mold. It works best with lures that have a flatter bottom like craws and finesse drop shot worms. Go to http://www.alumilite.comthey have mold making compounds, bait plastics, dyes, everything you need

Tons of videos on YouTube as well you can check out. That's where I got started. Now with everything there's a learning curve as with everything but you'll figure out what you like and get better at it
