Northern Indiana (Fort Wayne Area)

Featured Replies

I'm heading out on a work trip once again, and am curious as to whether there is any fishing there this time of year!  I'm coming from 40-70 degree days lately to 0-30, and not really sure what to expect.  I'm going out on a limb and assuming all the lakes in the area will be frozen.

Are the rivers slow enough moving that they are frozen as well?

Is there anything to really be fished out there this time of year, bass or otherwise??

Rarely have I seen moving water freeze in my area. They're are a few creeks. I don't fish them in the winter, but I plan on buying some nice waders and trying it next winter. I'm not a whole lot of help I guess. But nice to meet you!
