Core100Mg Knobs Question

Featured Replies

So I was going to see if I like a septom knob on my stradic 3000, instead of that big eva one it comes with. Annnnd there is no screw to take the knobs off the Core? Is this not possible?

Finally found my own answer. I guess you have to buy the whole handle assembly? That sucks!

Just buy a single knob from shimano. They're like $5.

Well I know what to get for the stradic. I was just wanting to see what that septom knob felt like on it. Then I didn't see a screw on the core knob and I just haven't seen that before. I think I am going to change the knobs out though I hate that big eva one.

Some handles have knobs that are riveted on. I'm surprised that the core does because the curado or chronarch don't and they're cheaper.

How I found out was finding out they don't even have bearings in the knobs of the 100. And obviously not supporting them either. It's no big deal, I had no plans to change those knobs but still.
