Anyone Watch Live With Ike?

Featured Replies

Ugh, I meant to watch it, but forgot!

I will see if I can find it on replay on his site.

The link I submitted is the replay in question! I missed it live as well, watching it now.

I watched it live. It was decent. I think the best part was the segment with Bobby Lane.

I had been seeing stuff on social media about this but I kept ignoring it. About a week ago I finally watched it (or actually listened to it since it is like a talk radio format, no fishing footage).

This show is excellent. Mike is really becoming a good radio personality. I watched an archive of the 1st episode (with long time Bass Resource member EdBassmaster as the guest). The show was ok

but he has improved 100% since then. I think Pete Glusek is an excellent co-host too. He is funny and knowledgeable.

Since it is online, be prepared to hear a little bit of swearing but nothing too crazy most of the time. Each episode is probably about 3 hours long. Then there is an After Hours segment where he

answers questions from viewers for about another hour or so.

You can see all 17 or 18 episodes by going to mikeiaconelli.com and then clicking on the Ike Live link at the upper right corner of the screen.

Definitely worth checking out.

Yes, but you are correct - too much BS and kidding around with Pete and his wife before they get into the meat of the show.

I suggest going to his website and downloading past shows and then fast forward to the good parts when the guests arrive.

Childish show but after all, it is Ike and "that's the way it is."
