  1. It has a screw on handle. Not the screw that passes through and tightens from the opposite side.
  2. I definitely prefer the signature series over the carbonlite and even the platinum. The reel seat alone is the best of the 3.
  3. The reel is actually fantastic. It is the new version for 2020 and it's now made by Daiwa. Very big improvement over last years model. Very smooth and light.
  4. I was excited to see the smash shads as well. The colors I saw arrive were black chrome orange, blue chrome orange, chrome clown, fire perch, hot perch, metallic yellow/black back and wonder bread.
  5. 3rd party seller for this link....in case that mattered. ?
  6. I went with the 30 and the brown bass in my neck of the works love them. I think you will do well.
  7. Not sure why the flyer calls them "Excalibur" (the original name was XCalibur) but the packaging they come in says "Booyah XCS100". I have had them in my hands and will be comparing them side by side to the old XCalibur's in the next couple of days to see how they stack up. The Storm smash shads look very nice. They are an assorted lot so store selection may vary as there are 6-7 different colors and 3 different sizes.....3/16oz, 1/4oz and 3/8oz.
  8. I have a few still new in package. Back of package says they run 6-8 feet when casting and 14-18 when trolled.
  9. Please keep us updated. I would to hear what they say about it.
  10. I have no experience with Case Plastics but if you Google "Backwoods Angler TV" you should find a bunch of episodes on their tv show. Blaine Mengel was sponsored by Case Plastics. He uses them a lot fishing for smallmouth on the show and seems to do quite well. Might give you some decent info. Hope it helps.
  11. Glad that you were able to snag some. They had some 1.5 bundles that sold out quick.
  12. For those that shop at Sam's Club and like Strike King. Take a peek at the website. There are a few goodies left to be had.
  13. Not sure if it is your computer or not. I wish I could test it out for you but I seem to have a different issue of my own with their website. Whenever I go there the main page will load but after my first click I get..... Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.basspro.com/" on this server.
