Individual strands of silicone skirts.

2x individual silicone strands

or check out a local fly tying shop they will defiantly have something specifically for that

You can buy them from a fly shop, but they are expensive. I cut up an old bungee cord and got enough rubber leg material to last two lifetimes.

Wow.  What a great tip. I went down to my workshop and found everything I needed....old bungee with round strands...drill bit...glue...I had some legs on those poppers in no time. Thanks!!!!!

Try twisting the rubber legs then running a permanent marker down one side. You will get rubber legs with a colored stripe running around & around from one end to the other. Try Red or Yellow marker.
