This is my first season fishing holiday park with a boat. Has anyone been out there lately that can share any advice? Very new to this body of water but do fish the other canals pretty regularly now. are the fish still up in the flats?

I've only been out there once, so unfortunately I don't have alot of info for you.  As far the flat, be real careful out there.  With the water levels dropping, that can be a little dangerous.  If you look through the forum about Holiday Park posts, you'll see some info and some of the monster fish these guys catch.
