Man I really wanted to try these rods. I know it isn't new news but why did they discontinue them? Anyone know of anyone having them online, maybe at a close out?

They were discontinued along with the original Max series because of the new line, Max 3D. I've seen them on e bay, but not at a discounted price though.

i have the 764 for flipping, its a great rod. i got mine off of thefishranger for about $140

BTW I got mine (a 7'1" H) on monster fishing tackle.

i picked up a 674 recently. really likin it. light and sensitive

I posted two on the Flea market for sale a couple of weeks ago.  The 775, flipping, and 755 crankbait rod.  But, I understand the new 3D rods are lighter.

X2. l got the exact same model from the same place.bought a 6103 spinning rod from there too.

Fished my new Max 3D last night and its a great rod, I would also like to try a Endurance to see how they compare.
